Searanger

In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, there are still 160 of the 1,400 coastal fishermen who once worked there - and even they can no longer make a living from catching herring and cod. The idea is to offer an additional training to become a so-called ‘sea ranger’, to enable graduates to support research projects or environmental education.
